One Off Deep Cleans
This service is highly recommended as your first Clean, in order to achieve a desired standard. Once a standard has been achieved you can choose from a regular clean of weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Preparing for an occasion isn't just about the guest list, catering, decorations and entertainment. You also want a nice clean venue for your get together. We can clean before and afterwards.
While you’re sunning yourself on a nice beach we can give your house a good clean for when you’re home. I personally find coming back home to fresh sheets and a clean home truly satisfying.
Move in/ Move out/ End of Tenancy
Get your home ready for moving. Prices vary, please ask.
We all have that cupboard that is full to bursting! Let us loose on your overflowing under the stairs and we will organise it for you.
We understand that emergencies sometimes do arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, we request that you give us 24 hours' notice. If notice is not given a cancellation fee will be charged to your next cleaning appointment.
The cancellation fee is 100% of your scheduled appointment.
- We endeavour to make all our cleaning appointments, however, if it occurs that we cannot keep our appointment you will receive a timely telephone call to notify you. We will reschedule your cleaning appointment at the earliest opportunity.
- Inclement Weather - if there is an occasion where we experience weather that would stop us getting to or from your property, we will of course notify you of the situation and reschedule where necessary. We do request that in the event of snowfall, you ensure that driveways and pathways are kept clear and gritted for ours and your safety.

Lock Out Policy
Should it occur that we cannot gain access to your property for your scheduled cleaning appointment a 100% charge will be billed for payment that week.
Payment is expected in full the day of your cleaning appointment, either by cash or by bank transfer.
Cash is to be left in a sealed envelope addressed to So Fresh So Clean Domestic Cleaning Services.
Please note we don't carry change so please ensure the correct amount is left in the envelope.
Bank transfers are to be made no later than the day of your clean.
All regular cleans are charged at a minimum of two hours per cleaning appointment. Should you only require one and a half hours of cleaning, the full two hour rate will be charged.Contact us
